Either the fact that this year hasn’t had any film that I’ve adored every second of or the fact I’ve always been a huge fan of genre
Cabin In The Woods has just become one of my favourite movies. Here are several non-spoiler reasons.
-I love anything that references to the level of this film, it’s technically the Scott Pilgrim of Horror.
- Just the way this film constantly surprises you with content, even coming to a point where you think ‘well that’s been fun, thanks CITW.’ to which the film replies ‘No, please sit down, you gotta see THIS’, before unveiling one of the most fun and crazy final reels I’ve ever seen.
-Although I was previously aware of the completely obvious cliches of horror, now watching any horror this film will just automatically pop into my head. I will probably see this again several times just because I loved it that much (everyone should come with me too).
